Pool has become a passion of mine. I started playing at the age of 21. I started practicing with some very good players and was beat consistently. I entered my first pool league approximately 3 years later. Once I started to improve in league play, I decided to enter tournaments. After entering and playing in various tournaments I finally started to improve. I have played in national tournaments in Las Vegas the last four years. In 1995, my team qualified for the Valley National tournament. In 1996, my BCA team qualified for the National tournament. We didn't fare too well during those tournaments. The past two years, I was on a team that won the Great Falls city championship in the APA 9-ball league which qualified us for Vegas again. My team placed 17th in 1997 and 33rd in 1998. Hopefully, it will not be my last time visiting and playing in Vegas!!!!!!

Below is a picture of my team from the Little Chicago Club that did so well in Vegas.

In order to play good pool you must have, "The eye of the Tiger."

In order to succeed at the game of pool you must have a sharp eye! Yes, that means you must have the eye of a tiger! A good eye will not only help you see the edges of balls, but also help you see the table layout out of the corner of your eyes without even looking directly at the layout! This means if you don't have a good eye then you might as well give the game up!!!!!!!
